From
singing and dancing, to digging the garden, and staying calm in a
crisis; the Alexander Technique teaches ease of movement, balance and
coordination in all our activities.
By learning to release unnecessary tensions, and increase
self-awareness, a return to natural poise becomes possible bringing
improvements to mental and physical health, vitality, and wellbeing.
