	You'll have to use your normal email programme to send emails
	Copy and paste this email address into the address field of an email junk@thealexandercentre.co.uk
	The address must now be modified - delete 'junk' before the @ symbol and replace it with 'mike' but leave out the quotation marks
	You can now type your message and send it
	It's a good idea to put 'Alexander Technique Enquiry' as the subject
